Joining the team at the Center for Career and Professional Development at the University of South Florida has been an adventure. I'm thrilled to be working on the five year strategic plan to increase experiential learning and career readiness for students. By working with executive leaders, faculty, students and other university partners, we are helping students experience the career development cycle while earning their degrees. We're also facilitating more hands on learning and real world work from research to co-ops to internships. It is essential and exciting work.
