Somehow in the course of event planning and retreat planning for UVU and other groups I am a part of I fell into catering weekend and weeklong events. The most consistent audience is writers and gamers. They are artists and creative humans who are a joy to spend time with and I've loved every minute of exploring this hobby turned professional opportunity.
